New month – new names will grace this board…
We sent home 40 pets in May. What will June bring? Any guesses whose names will be on this board?
Our personal hope is for Moose or Hope on dogs and Katrina or The Colonel on cats.
Come visit us and meet our adorable pets waiting for their forever homes!
Available for Adoption
- This plump chunky hunk was abandoned in a carrier and brought to us. He was 24lbs! He was checked by our vets and clear on any health issues… he just likes to eat! Which means he needs to be monitored and cannot free roam while here. He doesn’t mind other cats but has errrr a strong dislike of dogs. waldenhumane.org/colonel

- Meet Moose, the lovable and quirky canine companion. He is a social butterfly who gets along famously with cats and other dogs, making him the perfect addition to any multi-pet household. His playful nature shines brightest when he’s romping around with his furry friends, reveling in the joy of canine companionship. waldenhumane.org/moose
- the first time we laid eyes on her, tied to a tree in our driveway. We won’t forget that day. And we see it when we look at her- she was left there approximately 4 am. In the dark and it was sleeting out. She was left by two people. 964 shares this girl we named “Hope” had on the original post in March 2023. Not one lead to someone with any info to share about her- not even her name. 6 months… But we have learned she’s pretty goofy. She loves a good ball. She’s selective of other animals. She’s strong. She loves to roll in everything especially dirt as you can see 🙈. waldenhumane.org/hope
