In this fun, beginner-friendly two-hour workshop, you’ll learn the basics of needle felting and create up to two adorable felted pets—perfect as keychains, shelf sitters, or heartfelt gifts. 4th Annual Shades and Shadows Fundraiser @ Thomas Felten Community Park
Join us for a day filled with amazing, talented vendors. There will be booths filled with such things as crocheted items, garden items, clothing, tumbles, beautiful resin pieces, woodwork and jewelry. Also reiki, tarot readings, a henna body art artist and baked goods.
The event fee is a tangible or monetary donation for the cats and dogs in need. The list below is what is needed the most for the shelter. But please don’t let this limit you, anything is necessary and appreciated.
Dogs: Imes Lamb and Rice dry adult & puppy * Blue Buffalo *Toys
Bully yak chews *Comforters
Cat: Imes fancy Feast * Any wet food adults & kittens *KMR milk replacer * Cat litter – pine pellets (scented clumping causes UTIs)
Shelter: Laundry Detergent* Bleach * Fabuloso cleaner * Paper towel * Toilet paper
Things that are NOT safe for the animals: Pedigree Dry * Friskies Kitten Kibble *
Anything with red or green dye

Tickets: $40 per person –
In this fun, beginner-friendly two-hour workshop, you’ll learn the basics of bonsai care. Ticket includes your very own bonsai tree to take home, tools provided for use during workshop.
