HSW at PetSmart
PetSmart Adoption Process
The Humane Society of Walden manages the adoption center at the Middletown and Monroe PetSmart locations where some of our furry felines reside until they can find forever homes. These locations are run exclusively by HSW volunteers. Our volunteers will guide you through the adoption process, and help answer any questions you many have.

All adoption applications and references are reviewed thoroughly in the order received. Adoption applications will be approved based on the placement best suited for the animal and the adopter.
Middletown PetSmart

Volunteers are the heart of our PetSmart operations. We do our best to staff for the busiest store hours. If there is a pet you are interested in adopting, and no volunteer is present during your visit you are welcome to complete a paper adoption application. They can be found on the door, or downloaded through the Middletown Adoption Application button below. Once complete you can slide it under the door or bring it back during volunteer hours.

Volunteers are the heart of our PetSmart operations. We do our best to staff for the busiest store hours. All adoption applications for felines at the Monroe PetSmart must be submitted through our website (see below).
