How to Get Started:

1. Contact Us: Complete our volunteer application to express your interest in completing community service hours at our animal shelter.
2. Orientation: If you’d like to volunteer at our Walden location you must complete our online orientation. You will learn more about our shelter’s mission, policies, and the various volunteer opportunities available.
3. Training: Depending on your interests and abilities, we will provide training.
4. Track Your Hours: You are responsible for tracking your volunteers hours.  If you are using our Student Community Service Activity Book to fulfill your community service hours please use our hours log.
